On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Friday 14th of February, the Bistrot 900 is glad to introduce a special “passion Dinner” to have a pleasant evening with who You most love.

MENU’ - HAPPY HOUR: Manhattan sorbet, roasted potato and shrimps’ tartare. - APPETIZER: Turkey with pomegranate foam and tomato and lemon grass jam; filo pastry cannolo with eggplant mousse; red beetroot chips and olive oil dust; fois gras escalope and scampi with celery and green apple aspic - MAIN COURSE: Vialone rice with saffron, liquorice dust and scallion with thyme SECOND COURSE: Wellington sirloin with grilled vegetables DESSERT: Chocolate mousse with tangerine aspic and rhum foam.
